U.S. privacy rights

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy. State law may give you some or all of the rights below. We honor verified requests where applicable and may choose to honor them more broadly.

Your choices

• Know or access the personal information associated with you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
• Receive a portable copy of information you provided.
• Appeal a denied privacy request where state law provides that right.
• Receive equal service and pricing when exercising a privacy right.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

EURUS does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use classroom student information for targeted advertising. Because we do not engage in those practices, there is currently nothing to opt out of through a “Do Not Sell or Share” control. If that changes, we will provide the required notice and choice before the change takes effect.

Categories and sources

We collect identifiers and account information, internet or device activity, user-created prompts and content, game and learning activity, commercial information if purchases launch, and inferences limited to product operation and improvement. Sources are you, your teacher or school, your device, and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Submit a request

Use export or deletion controls in Settings, or email hello@gameforge.dev. State whether you are making a request for yourself, your child, or as an authorized agent. We will verify identity and authority in a way proportionate to the request. Parents and schools may also make requests concerning classroom students.
