By creating an account or using EURUS (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required for online services in your country, whichever is higher).
We ask for your date of birth at registration and may use account information plus server-derived country and state signals to apply age, safety, privacy, and feature rules. You must provide accurate information and may not use location-masking tools to evade a restriction. Competitive Remy requires a separate adult age and jurisdiction eligibility check; ordinary creation and casual play remain separate from that program.
U.S. students under 13 may use only a teacher-, school-, parent-, or guardian-managed classroom experience as described in our School Privacy Notice. They may not create independent accounts.
EURUS turns your text prompt into a playable game. By submitting a prompt you confirm that:
We may refuse, remove, or rate-limit anything that doesn’t fit these rules. We log moderation decisions so we can improve the filters; see our Privacy policy for what that means for your data.
You own the prompts you write. The generated game files (configuration, generated images, score data) are yours to play, share, and remix within the service. You may not extract the generated assets and use them as standalone commercial products separate from a EURUS-hosted game without an export license - that feature is gated behind the paid tier and isn’t available yet.
During the open beta, building games is free. When credits go live: credits are non-transferable, non-refundable except as required by law, and may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period. We’ll always tell you the price of a credit pack before you confirm a purchase.
Remy is a closed-loop EURUS virtual currency represented by an R coin. Remy is licensed, not sold as property. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money or real-world value, transferred between users, sold, inherited, or used outside EURUS. Your displayed balance is not a bank account, deposit, stored-value account, or promise of future monetary value.
Competition rules, stake, total pot, any service fee, and potential payout will be shown before acceptance. Do not participate if those terms are unclear. The Marketplace is not currently active and no Remy redemption path is promised.
Generated games can contain errors and are not automatically approved for competitions. Competitive results may be rejected or reviewed when integrity checks fail. You may not coordinate losses, manipulate matchmaking, automate play, exploit bugs, control both participants, or interfere with another player. Specific promotions or tournaments may have additional official rules that control if they conflict with these general Terms.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended audience. Review generated games before publishing or using them in a classroom, business, competition, or safety-sensitive context. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party personal information unless you are authorized to do so.
You agree NOT to:
VS features connect you with friends or other eligible players. Follow our Community Guidelines. Voice is optional, starts off, and requires browser microphone permission. You may not record another person without all consent required by applicable law.
We may end matches, restrict communication, preserve relevant safety records, suspend accounts, or notify appropriate authorities where permitted or required. See our Child Safety policy.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account any time from the Settings page; we will permanently remove your profile, games, characters, and score history within a reasonable window after deletion.
EURUS is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that generated games will be fun, bug-free, or available without interruption. The AI is creative software, not a reliability commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where law caps direct damages (and where local law allows), our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be flagged on the dashboard. Your continued use after the change date may require a new affirmative acceptance before you can continue using affected features. We keep a versioned record of your acceptance.
